Paula Coviello is a Certified Professional Coach who helps men and women move to the next level in their careers and their lives. Paula comes from the corporate world and has held leadership positions in many diverse areas such as IT, human resources, customer service, and legal departments for various corporations around the United States. She also owned a restaurant and catering business with her husband before finally realizing that coaching was what really inspired her.
After many years in the corporate world, Paula felt like there had to be more and began searching for something that would re-energize her. She took stock of the fact that she had been helping people develop for over twenty years. She had consistently utilized her ability to connect with others to encourage and motivate them to make the changes necessary to move forward in their careers and their lives. She realized that the recurring theme in her work was always this desire to help others grow toward their full potential. With this in mind, she began researching careers that utilized her desire and her natural abilities and stumbled onto coaching. Paula now brings her passion for helping people develop their gifts to Beechtree and finds that seeing others achieve their goals in a coaching partnership is the most rewarding work she’s ever done.
Paula’s coaching style combines compassion, intuitiveness, and a sense of humor with a unique way of looking at things. She uses this style and the ability to listen intently without judgment to help her clients see through their limiting beliefs so they can achieve their personal goals.
