"A few years ago, I was really struggling in my career and professional life. A huge part of my identity was wrapped up in my chosen profession (civil engineering) and I wasn't sure I wanted to do it anymore. I felt depressed, frustrated, scared and like a failure. Paula was so wonderful in helping me recognize all the things I had already accomplished while coming up with a plan to both explore alternative career paths and looking at what might make staying in my current field worth it, if anything. We came up with small, realistic goals and Paula helped me tap into my own intuition.  Paula is a skilled coach with a natural talent for connecting and really seeing people.
